Most questions about a recording studio have short answers, and it is faster to ask than to read four pages hoping one of them covers it.
The assistant answers from the studio’s own material — the gear list, the booking terms, the show, the history. It will tell you when it does not know something rather than guessing, which is the whole point of pointing it at a fixed set of facts.

What it will not do
It will not quote you a price — the rates page explains why there is no rate card, and the phone gets you a real figure in about five minutes.
It will not invent a credit, an artist, an award year or a testimonial. If it does not have something it says so.
The questions people actually ask
Can we track the whole band at once?
Yes — that is what the room is built for. Ask the assistant for the track count and the floor dimensions.
What is the console?
A 54-channel Crest analog board. Sessions are tracked through it and captured in Pro Tools for editing and delivery. There is no tape machine.
How much does a record cost?
There is no published rate because a quote depends on the record. Call (512) 522-0359 and describe it.
Do you do mixing or mastering only?
Yes, both, and they happen in the same building on the same desk. Bring in a session recorded elsewhere and we will quote it.
How do I get my band on the TV show?
Send your music and where you have been playing. There is no submission fee and there never has been.
